To change the distance, press the Distance Setting Button above the charging port once for 20 ft, and twice for 30 ft.

We waited quite a while to purchase a thrower. Many bad reviews out there for several models. Most complaints I saw were due to slobber balls not working. We’ve had this for going on a year. We only use it inside. Yeah, sometimes slobber slows them down, but ours has worked great and our yellow lab slobbers up a tidal wave. She loves it and we love it!

This dog thrower is a Big Hit at our house! Bella loves retrieving the balls, but she hasn’t gotten the hang of putting the balls back in the thrower yet. Even her Dog Friends love it too! When they come play with Bella, they take turns with retrieving the balls. Wish I had a video, it’s so cute and wears them out for the day 😊 It’s the Best toy I’ve ever purchased for my dogs!!

I show him how to drop the ball into the machine and wait for the ball to shoot out. He will chase the ball and hide with it and chew off the fuzz. I grab the ball from him a few times to show him how it works. Got to a point where he stop chasing the ball, he is lazy.

Did the machine work, yes. Could my smart dog learn to put the ball into the hopper to play fetch on her own, no. She already knew to bring it to me and put it in my hand so there was no convincing her otherwise.

Holey smokes, this thing is in no way calibrated to feet. It's flinging the balls at LEAST 30 feet on the 10 foot setting. On the 30ft setting it's putting balls into yards on the other side of my neighbors' yard.

Fully charged, appeared to be 10, 15, and 20 feet range, little height. Propped front up, still not a goid purchase.
