I was eyeing this pink balance bike for my 3 yo daughter. I wasn’t sure about it since there were some reviews about missing parts and the seat not going down all the way. My daughter ended up specifically pointing out this one as the one she wanted though, so I got it.It did end up missing the baby doll seat. I reached out to customer service and they were very nice. They didn’t have the original one available, but they were willing to send a different one, which is fine.Regarding the seat not going down, that appeared to be a problem at first. I looked at it a bit closer and it definitely should be able to go all the way down. I man handled it and was able to lower the seat the rest of the way.It’s a good bike for the price and extremely cute. We had no problems with assembly. There are holes in the handle bars for streamers.

My daughter is very happy with this bike. I’m confident that by the time she’s ready to ride a bike with pedals that she’ll be able to balance without a problem.

Several of the colors of bikes in this posting had a place for toddler to put their feet when they glide. The one I purchased did not have this feature. My toddler is extremely frustrated trying to ride it and I'm frustrated because I purchased a bike that is basically unusable. It's a shame as it's a very cute bike. After contacting the company they had several suggestions and I ended up with a discount for the bike. My toddler still can’t use it, but perhaps someone else can.

The bike has to be put together, as long as you do it right it is well made!! I dont like that the doll seat is flexible , i had hoped it was hard plastic
