We bought for our daughter’s 3rd birthday and it was a little big for her but she quickly grew into it. Easy to assemble. Has a basket and a baby seat for dolls. She loves it. She’ll be using this bike for several years.

Love the bike but missing the bracket for the baby doll seat and back fender. Bracket on front of bike to install the “red deflector†was missing as well. Contacted customer service no response.

Every time I buy an item like this I get only a fraction of what I'm supposed to. Tomorrow is my daughter's birthday. I wanted her to have a bike that came with a seat for her dolls, but the mount they said is supposed to go around the seat stem is not included! Furthermore, the directions are trash. The fenders won't install properly; the back one just flops around and runs on the tire because the screw provided isn't meant to tighten all the way, and there is no mounting bolt for the front one. Do they want me to remove the front brake assembly. If so, don't you think they should've included that in the instructions. Unbelievable! DO NOT BUY

Great little bike, after you figure out how to put it together.But, this thing was either missing pieces or portion of it was not operational. I shouldn't have to scour Youtube to find a video to figure out how to setup the front brakes - and they still aren't operational.The back reflector isn't put on because it's missing pieces and the instruction book DOES NOT even go with the bike. For instance, the book talks about the bike seat and pole being multiple pieces - well it isn't, it's just one piece. Had me starring at that page for a minute thinking I got a returned bike.For a fairly expensive bike(over $100) - you'd shouldn't expect hiccups of this level.Next bike I buy, will just be in person.

Bike arrived with basket being damaged so ordered one separately and used the flowers from original basket. Other than that…very much pleased so far with Joystar!Quality build.

Was a little annoying to build as it took 30min and I could have purchased one from a sports store already built for the same price. Also, didn’t realize there was no kick stand included and should be for the price.
