I originally rated this bike 1 star because there were some manufacturing issues with the one I ordered. However, when I contacted Memo cycle customer service, they were very quick to fix the problem and exchange the bike for another one that works as it should.Here's my really life experience review. The bike came well packaged. This bike is beautiful and very sturdy as well. They really thought it out when they were making this bike to bring joy to the little ones. It's easy to put together but it took me longer than expected to put it together, but you might have a different experience. No other tools needed except the tools that comes with the bike in the box to put it together. I absolutely recommend this bike and this seller for their top notch customer service. I hope that helps you make a decision for your next purchase. SP

This bike is a nice starter bike for any child , a great value, is a great size and color. I got this bike with training wells, it is very well built. I love all the accessories that where included with the bike.

It's such a nice bike, it looks great. It's the perfect size for my daughter's age range. It was easy to assemble it only took 20 minutes, and it was such a fantastic value 5 stars and I highly recommend
