The shipping was fast, great customer service, the assembly was easy and quick. The 14 inches size was perfect for my almost 4 year old daughter, you can adjust the seat to make it taller so I’ll be able to keep it for a few years. Very good quality, my daughter loved the doll carrier that can be removed as well. I chose the pink color and my daughter loved it (she had a lilac balance bike before this one) loved the flower details. Highly recommend this bike for the perfect gift! Very sturdy and cute! Get so many compliments everywhere we go.

DO NOT BUY. This is not a bicycle, it’s really bottom tier parts for a bicycle. You have to be an expert to put it together or have to have a lot of free time to learn. This is how they save factory labor and shipping cost (by packing it in parts in the smallest possible box), leaving all the dirty assembly and calibration to the end customer. Terrible product with even more terrible instructions. The assembly will eat up almost your entire day.

The instructions were easy to follow. The handle bars and training wheels took a couple of trail and errors to get right. The plastic clips to hold the basket on broke, but was able to reattach with a zip tie. The doll seat holds a 18 inch doll with ease.

This bike is so cute, it’s November so we let her ride it through the house, lol. We will be add blue to rate it better in the spring. So far this is a very good buy

The assembly of this Bicycle was fairly easy. The reflectors are the only things that we found that may have to mounted differently. You may have to flip them over or mount on the opposite side to prevent awkward access to the screws. This item was purchased as a gift for our grand-daughter.

This is a pretty little bike, but I was very disappointed in the quality of materials that made up the fenders, basket, and baby seat. The directions were also challenging since there were no closeups of the parts, which made me question our assembly at every turn. With the provided Allen wrench, there was no way to get enough leverage to loosen the handlebars. Fortunately we had one with a longer bar.
