I hung 5 of these throughout the bathrooms in the house. I prefer an open ended towel bar and these seem to be one of the few in a style that I like on the market right now. They seem to be sturdy as we have been using them for about 2 weeks with no issues.Install is is bit of a challenge due to the hidden hardware. First, you install a backplate (which is easy). Then, you hold the towel bar up over the plate, level it, and screw in the tiny exposed screw along the bottom with a hex wrench. You cannot let go of the towel bar until its almost fully tightened because otherwiese it will fall off. You cannot turn the hex wrench fully around because its too close to the wall, so you have to keep taking it in and out of the tiny screw. It takes a full minute or more to do this step. My husband got so frustrated because the screw is tiny and the wrench is tiny and he dropped it (had to let go of everything and start over). So, I installed them all. Installers will need to have patience and expect install to take 5-10 minutes each bar.But after install, it does seem nice. I will update my review later if we have issues.

I didn't actually keep this particular product but I did really like the style and design. I just decided to go in a different direction. Would recommend.

Beautiful. I bought 3 to try out in our new house since we requested that the builder not put up any towel racks. These are attractive and easy to install. I am actually about to order 2 more. Make sure you pay attention to whether you need left or right versions. I love that both options are available.

Holds the towel and lets it spread out not all bunched up like many other holders. Easy to attach to wall and is sturdy.

Ordered two of these. The first one I installed works fine. The second one I can't seem to get the set screw tight enough to keep it from rotating downward on the mounting bracket. The set screws are very difficult to access and tighten properly.I do not recommend this product.

I'm very satisfied with the quality of the hand towel bar. It is the perfect size for a guest bathroom and was very easy to install. It even included the small allen wrench needed to tighten the towel bar to the mounting bracket which was a welcome surprise. The towel bar mounted securely to the bracket and I would purchase JQK products again if the need arises.

I bought this hand towel bar to go with my Grohe Essentials series in my bathroom. Complements the series perfectly, at half the cost. Very happy with this look.

It looks good in my bathroom. I have 2 sinks, so I purchased a left and right to have for each sink. It was a good price.
