It works OK. I replaced an identical regulator that started venting gas through a manufactured hole in its body that might be an overpressure relief. The new regulator did not vent gas, so I presume the old one developed a defect.

Not a universally known fact is that over 50 psi on long pipe or hose runs on Propane high pressure in colder ambient temps causes vapor to turn back into liquid which is not ideal for appliances to run properly. An intermediate pressure value is required to be high enough so the built in regulator can convert to the low pressure needed to run the burners but not so high to convert back to liquid. Camping rigs with a tank on each side of the rig use these. I used it to run a 15 foot hose to a free standing Little Buddy heater from a frame mounted tank.Works well.

i couldnt get the cerb side tank to cross over . they had put the wrong regulator on the cerb side . this red one fixed it.

Purchased as like-for-like replacement for a failed regulator on dual-30lb-tank RV. Not sure why prior gas regulator failed twice (perhaps propane tanks were overfilled?), but in any event, this replacement part was shipped quickly and was easy to install.
Great design poor quality.
