Wish the ladder was better. Each section needs to be slid into place and they slide out of place really easy so nothing stays. It’sa time waster but the rest of the items address good.

Got for my nephews birthday so he could train for next season when he starts football the main equipment items were ok but the cones were trash still good enough for a kid though

I have now used this product multiple times. The ladder and parachute both work well and set up easily. Both can be folded and kept in the storage bag easily. The ladder has sustained multiple toe-catches from my kids without breaking. Overall, this is a really good value.

This product was convenient to use, however, the purchase was a waste. It is cheaply made and of no substance. If you're looking for resistance training for an athlete then I'd suggest doing reps of hill sprints up and down. This will work the legs better then the parachute as it provides almost no resistance at all. The agility ladder is a waste. If you're looking for coordination then try other methods as this is an absolute waste. The cones were the only thing I used as they were used in Wind Sprint workouts and reps for beep test.Overall, I would not recomment this product unless you're looking for a good way to get ripped off. A substitute if you're looking for resistance training would be the Bodylastics Resistance Bands. Really good if you're looking for a faster sprint time for 100, 200 and 400 metres.Thanks for your time
