By standing or sitting, whether its age, injury or simply comfort, you can now nurture seedlings, vegetables and flowers from a position of ease. Regardless of that or if you just want to garden on your patio or deck’s hard surface, say goodbye to the up & down on your knees. Extend your growing season on both ends. Start growing in late winter and wrap up your final harvest in late fall. The panels of the cold frame are 4mm twin walled polycarbonate which resist the flow of temperature variants into and out of the growing space inside. Certain plants in early spring may still want the protection of the cold frame and its thermal panels, while other plantings are ready for the open air. The Cold Frame itself has a pre-assembled lid and is entirely enclosed within 4mm twin walled panels that restrict temperature flow enough to create a warmer interior that is conducive to an early start of the growing season. Just a few degrees make a difference. These translucent panels allow the sun’s rays to thermally penetrate the interior space even on colder cloudy days, just enough to instigate growth in most climates, before & after the normal growing seasons. In warmer or hot weather days, use the two ventilator latches to raise or lower the lid opening to four different positions. Use the locking brackets and insulation strips to attach and seal the cold frame to the base. The cold frame takes 20 minutes to snap together and attach to the base.

I am surprised by how nice this product is for the money. There are some cosmetic irregularities in the corrugated plastic, but nothing too bad.The assembly instructions are the worst I have ever seen. Just recycle them and plan it out before you start putting it together.

This thing was hell to put together. The plastic polyurethane came dinged up and with holes even! Once together after nearly forcing the parts they won’t stay snug. Not a good value for your money. Let’s hope it holds up through one winter at least geez. Doesn’t seem like it will last very long. Not a good investment. I never leave reviews but this one is a poorly made product.

This seems like a nice size cold frame. It was difficult to assemble because it came with NO directions, not even the picture types. No part list was included either. I was finally able to find instructions on the internet. The panels are not very sturdy, and one panel had a big dent when I unpacked it. I think that is because it was poorly packaged for shipping, with the clear panels and other parts just thrown in to a box together.

Short a couple of pieces. Was happy to see they had pre-assembled a couple of things but they were wrong and crimped on. Making re- using parts virtually impossible. Directions were wrong in the manner parts are described. Overall just a poorly thought out product

The produce is flimsey to say the least so there is no value for the cost plus there are absolutely NO INSTRUCTIONS and customer service has a bogus phone number. The real shame of this is AMAZON rated this as a product of choice. Shame on where AMAZON is going!

This Juwel cold frame was significantly more than other cold frames so I had higher expectations. But it was shipped slipshod with no protection the the frames, no padding, in just 1 thin box. No caps on the ends & NO INSTRUCTIONS. I wonder if this was sent back by someone else & then just passed off to me? There are dents & scratches.Also, the box say Exaco, NOT Juwel, it looks like maybe exaco trades Juwel products? But the parts don't look exactly the same (color is different). I can't tell if parts are missing or not since there's no instructions & not parts list.See Pictures.

Super light weight, have fun assembling no manual, I 100% regret being lazy could have bought better materials for less just a bit more time to cut measure materials.

No instructions included. Spent way more time than I should of to try to get this together. Plastic top was damaged. Today was the first I opened the box. I should of did it earlier so I could of returned it.Very Disappointed

A good product for the money. I read the assembly instructions a couple of times to make sure I got it right. I also went on YouTube to watch someone assemble it. That really helped. The QR code for a company video that comes with the assembly instructions is not very useful. There is not commentary and just a simple video of the assembly but no verbal instructions.I did my research and I like the aluminum frame (will last longer than the plastic units) The ten year warranty on the panels yellowing is really good also. It will be a good addition to our garden

Wir haben die Hochbeete von Timber drei Stück davon. Wir sind so begeistert davon haben eine Frühbeet dazu gekauft. Die Aufbauanleitung könnte besser sein. Aber besser als Billig Kram aus China .

Ich habe mir wesentlich mehr davon erhofft. Der Unterschied zu dem bereits vorhandenen Frühbeet für 39,95 Euro ist eher unwesentlich. Den Preis von knapp 100, 00 Euro ist es auf keinen Fall wert.
