the pillow came unstitched and they tried to sew it and they did it with a different colored thread, it is supposed to be new and it comes like this, I do not recommend it

This product was soft, a good size, easily useable and the color was perfect in helping securing the babies head when traveling and maintaining its shape. Only thing I wish it had was satin in the middle for those kids who rub their head and ends up causing hair loss.

This brand used to be good since we are still using one of their baby pillows from 3 years ago. However, their latest pillow is just a scam. It has negligible foaming and is virtually flat. The removable extenders are a joke too. What happened?
