I purchased this a year ago and found it is easy to set up. The netting is sturdy and hasn’t ripped with the heavy use it gets. One of the fiberglass poles split but I reached out to the manufacturer who promptly sent me a replacement. Overalll satisfied with my purchase and customer service.

Unpacked the net and no instructions. Could not find anything on the website for the actual company either. I did eventually figure it out though. Pretty simple set up and take down after you figure everything out but needs 2 people to set it up every time. On first day of use one of the straps to hold the poles to the net broke. We have found we need to use bungee cords to hold the net in place and the back of the net keeps creeping up after each ball hit into the net. Not exactly keeping all the balls inside but at least not hitting the neighbors house.

Instructions were not helpful at all. Pictures did not match and instructions were barely in comprehendible English but I figured it out. Set it up in about an hour and a half. Put it up on my concrete driveway and put two of them back to back to give more space. Plan on using it with soft training balls and not hard balls. Also figured out how to unattach the corners so I can slide the net up and down to get in. Can be reattached with caribinders. I am pretty happy with the price. I finally built my dream cage for my son to practice. With this configuration you CANNOT use hard balls as they will hit the house siding and damage fence.

The instructions were horrible. The bottom of the page was cut off, although, we were able to finally figure it out. Once up, a day or two later the rope/strings broke and the whole net feel. I ended up purchasing paracord and it’s been staying up.

It is not a one person job to set up I am disabled. I had to call for better instructions. They responded quickly on all issues (couple broken poles during assembly). Play slow pitch softball and great for hitting off tee. Net is giving a little too much when I swing hard

We got our kids this net for Christmas. They love it but unfortunately the poles were damaged in a severe storm. The customer service team was responsive and sent us a replacement. Great value.

Breaks so easy with 10mph winds. The rod just snapped.

Awesome batting cage! Absolutely love it and definitely recommend it. Don’t have too much space in your yard. No problem. If it fits, It will absolutely work just fine!

For the most part, this was easy to put up and is functional. However, the netting isn't that great. After a few weeks, it started to tear and balls would go through the netting. Kinda defeats the purpose.
