Great chairs for the price. I ordered the blue, the color is beautiful. Bright vibrant navy. Assembly is not difficult, a little time-consuming, but I’m sure others could do it faster than me. I took my time and did one or two a night and in a week I had them all finished. they’re nice and comfortable. Very sturdy / well-made, impressed with the quality relative to the investment. I’m going to order (the matching) swivel office chair in the same beautiful blue!

My wife had been looking for some time for chairs to go with her fancy Mahjong table. She was trying many local stores, but no luck. So I said, let's try Amazon. We were surprised they had so many types, from so many diff companies and large price range too. We finally came across these. Not prime, so we were worried about how we would do return if we had to, but decided to give them a shot...since they looked great on line and at a great price. They arrived fairly quickly, shipping from Ontario CA, up to us in Seattle in only 7 days. (They are made in China). When we opened the box my wife had a huge smile, as they looked even better in person. They are also constructed very well, with a firm wood frame (can not say if hardwood, but at least not the softwood that one often gets from made in china furn.) The seat cushion has both a webbing and metal springs in it, so should stay comfortable for a long time. They assembled easily, with all the included hardware and Allen wrenches. (Legs are tucked away in bottom of chairs). One does need to pay attention to how you put on the front legs, as they can fit both the 'right' and 'wrong' way. We did not notice this when we did the first chair, but easy to unbolt and turn around.Highly recommend these chairs

I liked the color and how well it is put together. I didn't need to wait too long for their delivery. I wasn't a fan of the legs so I painted them to go with my table. The value for the money is great.

Chairs were fairly simple to put together, but did take about 20 minutes apiece. They look great and feel sturdy. Also quite comfortable as we’ve used them for several dinner party sitting for 3 to 5 hours each time. The seat cushion is memory foam type material. Not springy like higher end chairs. Customer service was responsive as one chair arrived damaged and they offered a partial refund. Overall satisfied for the price and quality, but my only concern is longevity as the fabric seems to be loosening on cushion after only two months.6 month update… chairs are holding up nicely and easy to clean. One of the legs snapped off when trying to slide chair with heavy person sitting. Customer service shipped New chair legs within a week and took five minutes to replace. Great customer service! I do not recommend for people over 220lbs.

UPDATE: I was right with my apprehension. After much back and forth I am stuck with the chairs. Amazon a-z warranty did not support or guaranteed that a refund will take place. After reading about others experiences, I decided to eat the cost of the chairs and not spend additional money. The seller and Amazon required so much documentation that I would have had to spend as much as 50% of the original purchase returning the chairs (3 boxes). And Amazon a-z warranty stated they MAY refund the shipping cost and the seller said they MAY refund only 85% of the cost. The chairs are going out of my home to a nonprofit. I hope they take them. I will not be purchasing any large item through Amazon.*****I was apprehensive about buying these chairs because of the price, but after looking at the reviews, I thought it was worth ordering them. I was right about my apprehension! Something is not right with this order. The chairs are not “high-end†- the material is ordinary and the bottoms are hard. The worst part is a terrible chemical smell that came through when I opened the box. I hope this is a bad batch because none of the reviews talk about the smell. The customer service is reticence about supporting my concerns and just asked that I keep the chairs outside to air them. I don’t have access toâ€outside safe space†I live in an apartment.
