I have to admit that every time I open this and use it I have the sweetest memories of Suzanne Somers and Three's Company. In it's own way, the thigh master lives! I have a hip abductor weakness that I have been treating through stretching and occasional visits to the gym, but getting there is always challenging and having a way to do this at home would be far more useful. This item does fit the bill, but because thick thighs save lives (former athlete), it is a bit underpowered (35lbs) for me. Still, it allows me to give my hip muscles a good loosening while watching the TV and probably some building as well. While I am not going to have fireman thighs, it does work on the tightness and pain, which is a big plus for me. This is a niche item, but it does what it's advertised to do. It would be better is it had a way to increase and loosen the tension of the "squeeze", which would make it a full 5 stars.************** VINE Notice ************************Even though I have been given this product as part of a VINE review by Amazon, my reviews are honest and not influenced by receiving the product. Exceeds the typical quality of a product of this type and has a few extra features not usually found on other products of this type. I'd buy it.5 stars - exceptional - far exceeds the quality of products of this type. Hard to beat the quality and features included. Best value for the money. I wouldn't hesitate to buy it..

Works as expected. I have larger thighs, so it was a little uncomfortable at first, but it still works great. It’s built well and has held up.

I can't say for sure, but I get the idea this isn't all that effective at anything. Sure it provides resistance, but I find it a bit awkward and not the most comfortable thing ever. It's adjustable which makes it a little better, but I wouldn't consider this a necessity.

This is a much fancier version of Suzanne Somers thighmaster. It’s a great workout. Adjustable, comfortable, and built to last. This is definitely good for inner thighs but I am having a hard time understanding how it works for kegels...

This Kegel Exerciser arrived quickly and was packaged in a plastic bag. It was easy to assemble. Its made good and strong and with quality materials. I've been having issues with bladder control after having an illness that has kept me sedentary for awhile. I started noticing not being able to hold it and having some accidents while trying to make it to the bathroom. I saw this item and thought I had to lose by trying it. I'm so glad I did. After just using it a couple of times a day for 15 minutes each time, I started to notice my problem was going away. I'm so thankful for this product and I highly recommend it for those having the same issue as me or needing to strengthen their pelvic floor in general.

Short, Sweet, Simple and to the Point Review. This kegel exercising device is just okay. It's what you might expect from a lower-cost piece of exercise equipment you'd find advertised through drop shipping on social media. While it does assist in performing kegel exercises, the positioning can feel awkward.However, I appreciate that the instructions offer various poses or positions, which target different areas, providing some value and justifying my rating. The included carrying case is a practical touch, making it less visually unappealing to store or transport.Overall, I feel this exercise item is just okay - it serves its purpose but doesn't excel in design, comfort, or aesthetics.
