This stand is sturdy and low. I feel like it’s the best stable holder for an expensive gazing ball. It will hopefully protect it from wind and large dogs! It’s nicely welded and thick metal.

It is nice and works well. I do think it is a tad overpriced, but I knew and accepted that going in. The design, look and function are great.

This is just the right size to display my blown glass piece. It is sturdy and simple which features the piece. The price is great.

Like most items from China, it seems the Chinese have learned how best to try to “fool†buyers here on Amazon by making them think something is made out of a certain, reliable and better material when it is not. Buyer beware. Much like using the term “stainless steel†in an item’s specs...which actually tells how a finish *looks*, not what the item is actually made of (I have had that lovely experience)...this item is falsely described as well. I’m willing to guess most of the similar items listed here are. It states it is “wrought iron.†Far from it. Though it looks like wrought iron might, It is very light and very obviously *not* actually wrought iron, but simply a piece of cheap metal. I did not expect it to be anything but...I have learned from buying stuff from that country, and try as best I can to avoid it. (You can tell a lot by the descriptions on these pages and how they are written, for starters.) I don’t expect this to last long in the FL environment (no metal ever does). I will probably keep it, though, as I am only using it to hold a glass bird bath and haven’t found anything cheaper elsewhere. But if you are looking for something sturdy that won’t rust out quickly, don’t buy this. Pretty expensive piece of cheap metal, and not made particularly well. Has rough edges. But these days many things are incredibly difficult to find, and when you do, they may be cheap but you certainly pay a premium for them..

These are exactly what I wanted to lift my Mexican terracotta planters off the concrete. It gives the perfect TexMex vibe I love! They will literally last for years and years!!!

It seems to be of good quality. Only time will tell. I like the simplicity of it and also that it is lower to the ground, which is better for the beautiful garden globe I purchased, in case of high winds.
