This product arrived early and on time. It was packaged very well, with good instructions and easy-to-follow directions.I made my first cup of Earl Grey this morning and I really enjoyed it. My previous machine (different brand) had finally given up the ghost after 4 years of service so buying this was both a replacement and an upgrade.The device has a large tank in the back and the added functionality of different cup sizes. I also appreciate the fact that it has a 'strong' brew mode which my prior machine lacked.In terms of use, it heats up very quickly, which I think is natural for first-time uses, and pours a perfect cup. The size is ideal and it seems very easy to clean. The only downside is that, while you can remove the K-Cup holder, presumably to clean it, I am not sure you can put in a device that would fit the spot to allow you to use your own K-Cup-compatible 'holder' which you can fill with your own variety of coffees or teas or what have you - meaning you are 'stuck' to buying only Keurig-compatible pods.Beyond that it seems to work fine and I look forward to many years of use out of it. I'll also be buying the de-scaler as that can only extend the life of this device which is an ideal size for every kitchen space.

We had a Keurig previously and it gave out on us after a number of years so we needed a new one! My hubby and I are on different schedules so we love the single serve, and this one was the perfect size to not take up a ton of space in the kitchen. It works great, brews super fast and we love it!The only complaint I have is that we bought little reusable cups to put our own ground coffee in (instead of using kcups) for our old machine, and they don’t fit in this one. I can’t seem to find ones that fit this machine, and I’m really missing our vanilla hazelnut blend! Otherwise it works great!

Nice little coffee maker, just two of us at home now, we have maybe for or five hot beverages a day, tea or coffee, takes up very little room, easy to clean, only takes seconds to make a hot cup of coffee.

This was a nice keurig machine I enjoyed it. With almost daily use, maybe 2 cups max. However within a year, it stopped working for me, then eventually didn't turn on again. Nice, but be cautious
