This keyless chuck works just like it is supposed to. It is a bit longer that usual so when i attempted to use it on my Bridgeport to dill into a tall piece it didn't fit even though the knee was in the lowest position. Otherwise good value for the money. I did not measure the runout so no comment there.

The unit arrived on time, looked good but terrible quality.. I used it on my milling machine to hole saw a 2†hole and the chuck won’t open, total stuck.

It seem to spin some bits wonky. We have also had trouble keeping the chuck on the arbor. We just tried heating and chuck a little and freezing the arbor, we will see how long it stays together.

it wasngt too long ago a similar keyless chuck with arbor would be 100 dollars.. Very impressed , concetricty is acceptable

bought two copies:one has .006" runout measured, the other has .012" measured.the .012" copy locks up when being operated as well - you can get it to unlock, but it takes some fiddling. havent had it happen with the .006" copy.not "precision" in my book....

Came dirty, had to clean and lube inside to get it running smoothly.Ad is wrong, listed as Jacob's taper, but is B18, no issues with that for me.Tested TIR in microns (inches converted).Middle of b18 taper 24 (.0001)Top outer ring on chuck 156 (.0062)Bottom outer ring 477 (.0188)12mm hss end mill mounted 108 (.0043)As advertised tir, but looks awfull when spinning since the case is so far out.Great to get next day delivery. Can't beat the price.

I know it's out of date for returning,But I have only just got my milling machine together.So trying to use chuck for first time,I say trying as it is very very hard to operate ,you cannot turn chuck without two hands, it needs replacing,.Not happy with product at all.

The groove for the R8 spindle was too narrow so it wouldn't fit in the spindle. Poorly machined.

Shank is fine, received the chuck with rust on it and when fully closed it doesnt come back to open without pressing the teeth,,, also runout was more than 25mill...
