•Each K-fit electrode probe can be safely used with IUD’s, surgical mesh and metal joint replacement.
•K-fit electrodes cannot be used; while pregnant, if you have been fitted with an implanted insulin pump, or if you have a pacemaker.
•Please use caution if you are attaching your K-fit Electrode to an EMS or TENS device that is not intended for pelvic floor work.

As you get older, if bladder control becomes an issue, this K-fit Kegel Toner can help you with kegel exercises. Note that you will need an EMS unit with lead wires in order to be able to use this. This probe is made of plastic and steel. I'm not sure how durable the plastic will be and how easy it will be to clean. It is smooth. I also don't know how effective it will be at addressing incontinence. It is pretty powerful, even at the lowest setting. So far, I'm pretty happy with it.
