I used this insulation to wrap the linesets for my mini-split A/C. The lines were sweating. This insulation fit perfectly around the lineset and the double adhesive secured it well. I didn't realize that there was adhesive on the face of the split in the tube as well as a second layer of rubber adhesive to completely cover the split in the tube.

I love this stuff! I've seen split foam insulation before that's stiff, hard to bend, or doesn't securely wrap around a pipe leaving a long seam down one side. Not this stuff! This foam pipe insulation is nice and flexible but also nice and thick. I needed some for some outdoor 1.5 inch PVC pipe and the 2 inch insulation fits perfectly. It's easy to cut and simple to install.But best of all, it comes with not one but two adhesives: on one edge, the foam has a sticky strip with a peel-off protector that lets you ensure one side sticks to the other. But on the opposite edge, it also has an attached wrap-over flap with its own sticky strip and peel-off protector. This covers the seam securely giving you double the protection against slippage. (In my photograph, you'll note that I did use weatherproof zipties in addition to the double adhesives that comes with this insulation, but that's because this was an outdoor installation and I wanted to be extra safe.)In summary, this is a wonderful product that's so simple to use even a novice like me could do it.

Durable and helps with the exposed pipes. Piping is expensive but peace of mind is priceless.

I have exposed exterior PVC that needed to be insulated. This insulator did the trick. I was concerned about the insulation factor afforded by this product, so I combined it with another insulation product that more tightly hugged the pipe and then applied this product over that insulation, finishing the project with all-weather duct tape.

Product is expensive but a very good quality product. I've reordered this insulation because it's the best I could find.

easy and simple to install its 6 feet so it helps me that my kids don't touch the pipe and get a burnif there would be a 6 star i would give it

Had to replace the insulation from oil tank to where it enters house. 7 degrees and no issues. Easy to install and trim.
