I ordered these for my kids Taekwondo certificates. One was perfect and the other had a magnet that was broken. I tried to take it in the be fixed and they quoted me more than I paid. I contacted support and let them know about the issue and in less than a week I had a new frame. It's a great product and works exactly as I thought it would. Excellent customer service!!

We have three littles, so we also have an unending stream of wonderful art coming home. These are perfect for displaying pieces without just adding layers upon layers of pieces on the fridge. The frames aren't the sturdiest things in the world, but they'll do just fine.

Love the frames. But the hardware we got didn’t fit. We had to actually go to the hardware store to get screws that fit the frames. Makes no sense.
