These are a second set of similar pads we've been using for our kids that have taken up roller blading. The wrist guards are on the wrong hands and backwards just for the picture. The pads wash well (air dry) and are easy to put on and take off. They come in multiple colors which helps with getting the kids to like wearing them. The pads and wrist guards are a good idea for a little bit of comfort.

These knee and elbow pads (along with the wrist guards) are...fine. They'll do the job if your child is just starting out with skating, rollerblading, or scootering and you're not sure if they'll stick with it. They're a decent entry-level option for a few uses before your kid potentially gets discouraged by the inevitable falls. My main issue is with the quality. I wouldn't call them flimsy, exactly, but they definitely don't feel heavy-duty. The plastic outer shell feels thin, and I could honestly crush one in my hand with a bit of effort. That doesn't inspire a lot of confidence in their ability to provide serious protection during a hard fall. They seem designed more for minor scrapes and bumps. Here's the bottom line:Good for: Absolute beginners, kids who are just dabbling in skating/scootering, short-term use, parents on a very tight budget. Not so good for: Kids who are serious about skating, kids who are prone to hard falls, long-term use, anyone prioritizing maximum protection. My 6-year-old has recently become obsessed with skating. Because of that, I'm already looking to upgrade to a set with more substantial padding and a sturdier outer shell. If your child ends up loving skating like mine, you'll likely want to do the same. These are a decent starting point, but they're not a long-term solution for a dedicated skater. If your kid wants to try it out, they're fine but for frequent use or hard falls, I'd recommend investing in something more robust.

At $10, this is a great set for a beginner rollerblader (or similar activity). It fit my child well, was inexpensive, is easy to put on and take off (you can completely unbuckle the straps instead of having to slide it up from the foot), and it doesn't look awful. The netted bag to keep it all together was a nice added bonus.Overall, no complaints for the price.

These are awesome! They fit my almost 4 year old well and match his neon skates too! Love that it comes with a mesh carrying bag also... These will no doubt get sweaty so the mesh will allow them to air out.

The description says that they fit children and teens but these are super small. Not for older children.

Good set of knee, elbow, and wrist pads. They're put together well. These have adjustable straps that fit down to small toddler size really well. They didn't fall down while riding and running around. No complaints from my toddler while wearing them.

Super cute and my daughter absolutely loves the colors. The Velcro does not hold very well but I just press it and check it every so often.

Nice set! They are slightly big on my 4 year old niece, but since I can adjust them they work just fine. She also love that they are her 2 favorite colors :) These will work just fine while she learns how to roller blade.
