KI Max View 36 Crossbow ScopeWhat I didn't like:The box did not appear new. The battery was already installed, no hex head tool to install the scope rings (probably because this scope had been returned). There was a mark on one of the rings.I don't like paying full price for a used / returned item.What I liked:The illumination is fantastic and daylight bright. The green is really bright. The glass is clear. The scope caps fit tight and do not appear that they will fall off / get lost.Love the dial to lock the speed ring. The different sized dots allow for precise shooting. The numbers beside the dots leave no room for mistakes when selecting the correct dot for the estimated yardage.,Would I purchase the scope again? Yes, definitely.

I mounted this couple weeks ago, I started noticing the illuminated site started to dim even though I had it off I just figured the battery was cheap one didn't think anything about it well I just put in a Duracell 2032 battery and I'm getting nothing on the lights. I'm about to send it back and get another and try one more time but I've heard killer instincts customer service is hard to get a hold of. I literally got this on November 20 installed about week later now it's December 12 but the light went out last weekends hunt. I do like the scope and the glass is clear but I definitely need the lighted part to work for low light.

But this is an upgrade to the scope that came on the killer instinct vital x. The glass clarity is amazing, the lighted reticle is a big improvement and it has been very accurate with very little adjustments needed.

I attempted to contact Killer Instinct quite a number of times. I sent multiple emails and am still waiting for a response. I texted them on Facebook and am still waiting for a response. I called and waited on Hold for 2 hours listening to the fact that we are experiencing more than usual call volume.
