I love the quality of the topper, but I don't find it as fluffy as the video shows. Some of the sections fluffed up but others did not but is still comfortable. I love how deep the pockets are with the elasticity.

Fits well. Soft. But doesn't help with bac/hip pain. Still waking up all night hurting. Worth a shot. Made the bed a little softer at least. Not very thick at all.

I ordered 2 king size in grey. One to put on while the other is getting washed. Followed the instructions and prewashed and dried them. I put one in the linen trunk and put the other one on the bed. Nice and soft. It's a very tight fit though. I struggled to get the last corner on by myself. Upon 2nd washing one of them developed a hole in a seam and had stuffing coming out.
