Its used with a futon and fits the legs perfect, gives height to the bed.

As I have grown older, I have found that it is harder and harder to stand up from a sitting position in a comfy chair or sofa, so I investigated "lifts" that would actually make my seat higher. They do not wobble one bit. They do what they are purported to do.
