I was skeptical at first, but after trying this silicone pasta strainer, I was very impressed! I often have to strain pasta or potatoes, only to have to return it to the very same pan. This clip-on strainer made it so easy to strain the water in one easy step. It fir onto the side of my large pan, very easily and did not loosed its grip, with the weight of the water and food, combined. The strainer was easy to wash and to store - great purchase!

This thing is so simple yet so incredibly useful! It's made of silicon which doesn't burn or melt from pouring out boiling water, and it quickly just clips onto the pot and holds on nice and strong. I have been using this for a couple years now and am just getting around to writing a review, so it is very well-tested. I love this strainer so much that I have been giving them as gifts.Not recommended for things like rice or quinoa since the holes are a bit too big to keep them in, but I've used it extensively and it works great for for pasta, cubed potatoes, veggies, marbles, ice cubes, pickles, rocks, and some cereals.Also, the strainer will fit on many different-sized pots and containers. I have used it on a small sauce pan, 6 quart pot, 8/10/12 inch skillets, and even a few of my mixing bowls.As a note: I always wash this strainer by hand. It has held up perfectly for the 2 or 3 years that I've had it now, and it's SUPER easy to clean.

The product is sturdy, excellent grip, well made, easy to use. It had difficult fitting over pots with the lip unless you fumble with it to make it fit which is kinda hard when steam and hot water is in the pot. So dont use a pot with a lip.The product is well made, so I didnt worry about it slipping off the pot when straining and it didnt slip off.I wish it was a strainer part had a little more height because you have to be careful that the content of your pot dont fall out. I used a full box of small shells and I had to use something else to make sure she shells didnt fall out of the pot.Overall, it was a good buy and I will continue to use it for the convenience. Its better than taking out the strainer.

Such a simple little thing that works so well and makes my life a lot easier. Love this strainer. Fits all my pots perfectly, holds tight, no lost pasta. Makes draining so much easier.

Such a good strainer. It handles the heat well and the clasps are very strong, a little too strong. It's a little difficult to take off the pot sometimes but I rather that then it slip off. It fits every pot and pan that I have put it on. The price is just right. Worth the buy.

This is a good quality product, rust resistant, durable. However, it didn’t fit many of our pots as we had hoped for and was pretty limiting as far as flexibility to fit multiple types in shapes of pots and pans.

We moved and many of my things are still in the garage (my strainer is one of those). This convenient little gadget is way better, smaller; easy storage. Reasonable price. No worries of burning my hands from steam or dropping my food into the sink...love it

This works exactly as described. I have trouble with my hands so sometimes draining pasta can be a struggle. This fits on my pans without slipping off and allows me to use two hands to hold the pan to drain. For reference, I use a name brand never stick pan and it is a little thicker. I would recommend and purchase again if needed. It also cleans up great in the dishwasher.

As someone who is approaching middle age things like this pique my interest.What is there to say, it has metal strong crocodile clips that grip onto most metalware. The clips are covered in silicone so they shouldn’t scratch your cookware.The draining works with ease on all my various diameter pans.As a test I loaded up a large sauce pan with 1.5kg of pasta to cook. It handled it well, and tipping it out, the device never looked like failing. The bigger issue was if there’s a lot of content in your pan it might go over the top as you tip. Again, not the devices issue in my opinion.Helpful device and much better than a colander. Helps my family also who have restricted movement in their hands/arms.
