Got this for the garbage disposal part of sink and it fits the drain space perfect! The quality is wonderful, not worried about any plastic pieces braking since it's all metal. It sits easily within the drain so installation is a breeze. It allows the water the drain and catches any food reminisce. It also cleans out easily by just Flippin it over.

The material is durable and corrosion-resistant, and the ability to clean just by flipping it over on the dispos-all side is cool. It is also very thin, so things don't easily sneak by. The chain mail concept is a huge improvement over rigid drain-covers.

There is nothing medieval about this fabulous product. It is a simple and effective solution for catching solids with constant drainage while washing dishes. Super quick and easy to empty - just flip and tap into the trash. No additional fussing required. As described and more. Definitely a game changer - my plumber agrees. You will never need another sink strainer.

Our kitchen sink drain has a stopper with a central up pin. We put a small thimble strainer over it but that's not enough to catch everything. This strainer is what we now put on top, and it works. The flexible mesh falls into the open spaces without raising the profile above the edge of the drain itself. It capture small to moderate sized pieces very well. Easy to tap it clean over our compost bin. We love this product. It works really well for us.

Easier to dump food out of and rinsing seems faster than silicone models. I had a silicone/metal hybrid one that disintegrated in the dishwasher, so I was looking for one that I could put it in the dishwasher without worry. I think this one will do just fine.

This little contraption is the best purchase I've made in a while. I recently moved into a small apartment with no garbage disposal. Most of the sink garbage went into that useless basket with a fair amount of debris going down the drain. That basket never empties completely and you have to scrape the junk out with your finger and scoop out the stuff left in the drain itself. Gross. This little mesh basket sits perfectly in my sink with the rim sitting a little below the drain hole so everything goes right into the basket. Nothing goes into the drain. When you empty it, all the gunk comes completely out leaving a clean basket to put back in the sink. It's a little pricier that your grocery store model, but is so worth it. It's the simple things that make a difference
