Was impressed receiving this, as the brand offers a very high quality packaging presentation, and this bar / warmer is wonderful. I love the look, it's simple to install (place bracket on wall, that this then attaches to) and it floats, so to speak. Small touch screen works easily, and it looks beautiful. It doesn't take up too much space but it's just wide enough to give the towel a good degree of warmth and super for throwing your towel over it after if you need. I will definitely keep my eye out for more creations from this company.

I have the 3-bar unit, which according to instructions/videos - I attach the U-shaped brackets to the wall and hang the unit on them. HOWEVER - there is no way the unit can fit onto the brackets - no notches or anything to lock onto, simply falls off. Photos and videos seem to show an inset on the side tracks to catch the brackets, but mine (photo attached) has nothing. Can't find any support number or website - ready to return if I can't get an answer.

Quand même déçu de mon achat. Ca chauffe, mais jamais assez vite pour être chaud durant le temps de la douche. Les pitons sont pas facile à manipuler, pas assez sensible et prend plusieurs essais pour le partir. Bref, si c'était à refaire, je n'achèterais pas. Très dispendieux pour le peux de résultat. Par contre esthétiquement c'est parfait et il est fait solide. C'est un des seuls qui peut être branché directement dans la boite électrique. Il faut mettre une boite électrique en arrière, mais les trous de fixation arrive pour viser dans la boite électrique, donc parfait.
