Well built and quiet. Good heat in combination with our pellet stove for below 40 degrees. It works as well as our previous large, outside unit, and easier fro DIY install that a mini-split IF you can cut a hole in your wall. We got the combo unit that includes the sleeve and the instructions are inaccurate and contradictory, but receives a quick response from tech. A complete parts list would help. Our unit had a weird controller problem and they sent us an entire replacement unit! Amazing! So, the deduction is for the sleeve and and grill, not the main unit. If you are replacing and older unit in an existing sleeve, you should be able to do it in an hour with two people.

Awful. Thermostat way odd by at least 8 degrees. Runs randomly. Customer service is helpless.
