We ordered this to replace an old ptac. With the existing sleeve, install took 5-10 minutes by myself. Packaging was great. Shipped with liftgate on a pallet. It heated a horribly insulated Florida room in minutes with an outdoor temp of roughly 10F. Fairly quiet. Overall, no complaints. We will see if it cools as well as it heats in a few months.

I will try to add on this live in Missouri. It’s kind of cold right now. Let it sit for a little while after shipping. Put it in all good. It’s heating up our sunroom. Just fine nice and quiet. Nothing was broke. Nothing was tore up. we have skylights so we lose a lot of heat and a lot of windows But it’s still working just fine in the same box that we had from our old Amana. My wife got her phone to work with it with a little patience and following instructions we have not messed with anything beside the heat, but it’s not loud and it works just fine.

Easy to install, works great - highly recommend this. Used it in our summer home, A/C cools off the whole place. Haven't tried the heater yet, just test it to make sure it works and threw off a lot of heat. Can't go wrong getting this unit.

I installed this unit in my shop which is 2,800 square feet with 18 foot ceilings. I am very happy with the performance of this unit as a heat source. It has been in the thirties and 40s recently and my shop is staying in the mid 60s.

Got my garage up got this installed. The compressor kicks on the fan comes on, but it does not blow cold air. Wonder if it’s low on Freon wondering what we can do.

Direct replacement for my 13 year old ptac, very stait forward install other than I had to change from 30 amp to 20 amp recepticle and breaker and it works great so far and has heat pump wich my other one did not. Hopefully it will save me some money when heating.(update) heating season has started and I am pleased by this product so far.
