I wasn't "blown away" with the appearance when I unboxed these and they didn't become more attractive after I installed them, but these are closet rods and they actually don't look "bad" at all. These come with small tabs on one of the mounting ends of each rod. I don't know what these are for, but they interfere with simply attaching the ends to a flat wall. I was able to easily bend each one under using pliers and after that, had no trouble mounting them. The fact that these are adjustable proved to be exactly what I needed for my small closet and once mounted, they are perfectly sturdy with no rattle or wiggle. Not that they're installed and filled with hangars, I don't really see any issues with the overall appearance. I'm pretty pleased with them.

My crappy secondhand wardrobe came with a super dinky little wooden dowel for a closet rod, which couldn't hold hardly any weight. I installed this instead, and it's perfect. I literally couldn't have asked for a better option.Even though the walls of my wardrobe are made of the cheapest particle board, it stays securely attached and holds my clothes (about half of a normal closet's worth) with zero problem. I like the way each end has multiple screws, to distribute the weight and reduce stress on the walls of what it's attaching to. I have it almost as small as it will go width wise, which may be helping with its overall sturdiness, but honestly it seems well made and durable. It's been in there for six months and it's still going strong, and I don't expect to have any issues with it.

If you want a basic hanger rod for a small closet, this could be for you. It has a minimal, industrial aesthetic that may or may not appeal to you. As mentioned in the instructions, I was able to easily hammer down the one protruding flange that is included in case you want to mount it on a wood block. It did start to crack, but it is in a spot that is basically invisible once it is installed. Installation wasn't too difficult as such things go, but it was a little challenging to maneuver in the the tight confines of the closet. I used a drill to install the screws, and getting the right angle without hitting the rod while installing was tough.Overall, I think it is worth it for the purpose it serves, and while it feels sturdy once set up, I don't plan on hanging too many heavy garments on it.~ Kort

I used this to expand closet capacity in a weirdly shaped nook. It’s adjustable so it fit well. Simple install, it couldn’t be easier. Nice product!

This product is cheap and practically unusable. Neither of the brackets sit flat on the wall due to the uneven metal and little tabs they’ve added. The screws it comes with are too big to fit inside the holes. I just needed a simple rod, but this one is not worth the money.

Building components for my walk-in closet, with no previous experience, it was very nice to have the adjustable metal rod. Just attach one end and slide it to attach neatly to the other side. No measuring beyond knowing that the rod will fit the space. It was very easy to put up. I cannot speak to durability as I just put it up in June so that is the only reason I didn't add stars for that. I will say one side rested perfectly on a cleat, but I did have to bend a tab out on the other end as another reviewer mentioned. Not a big deal, I was still happy to get the whole thing setup on short order. :)

The rods themselves are sturdy but they didn’t come with screws like the packaging said they did. Luckily we have some that work, but make sure you have some handy just in case

This is one of those things that never realize how much you miss them when you don't have one. Our new closets we decided to put two of each on either side for much more handing space and these fit the bill just great. Even fully extended they feel sturdy and the wife has loaded them pretty good and still seem to be doing the job hoped for.

en lo particular, no me encantó porque no es de metal exactamente o en caso de ser de metal es hueco, creà que iba a ser un poco más resistente y mejor lo devolvà porque como querÃa colgar mucha ropa, sabÃa que se iba a doblar y se iba a romper te lo recomiendo ampliamente solamente si no vas a colgar mucha ropa
