LOVE THESE! If you’re looking at quality door handles that FEEL good, are EASY to install, and are built with QUALITY, these are it! I put these in all my rentals and house flips, even higher end homes. They’re sturdy and solid. They even FEEL good when you turn them to open a door.My only pet peeve with these is that door frames are often routed with a 1/4†or 3/8 inch radius, and the latches are squared at a 90 degree angle, so you may need to use a wood chisel to get them to fit. This is also the only piece that feels cheap, but works well and doesn’t need to be much higher in terms of quality. It’s just a thin pierce of metal in comparison to the latches you buy at the store. And if you care that much, they’re cheap to swap out.I’ll continue using and buying these for years to come!

I love the style of the black latch! I had a bronze standard knob but wanted to upgrade. I selected the non-locking version of the latch as we have an electronic fingerprint deadbolt. (Seen in the pictures) The entire family uses it as our primary entry device. If the lower knob-latch is locked, it defeats the automated lock and can stop us from entering with our personal code or fingerprints. The extra parts were helpful, that way it can work with your original setup.

Had the contractor installed it and no problems for a few days. Then started to get a little squeaky. Solved with WD40, but given the short time that we had it for, this should not have been necessary.

the 45 degree limit actually doesn't allow the door to open, had to remove the hinges to get it unlocked, never using again
