It's truly a life saver! It fits and works like original part. It takes less than 5 minutes to install the part. It totally saves us from replacing the whole faucet handle which will will labor intensive and cost way more. Like others, I bought 2 extra parts just to save in case it breaks again in future. Thank You!

Don't judge by the engineering graph illustrating the size of this part. I had originally THOUGHT I had ordered the right party before, but it was too small.Kohler's support center helped me find this part and it worked like a dream to fix an old, worn out stem adapter. I had the faucet fixed and replaced in minutes.

Bought as a second replacement (spare) for my Kohler shower mixing valve. Original is plastic and not durable enough and should be made of aluminum.

This part is not a very sturdy part, but that is how the original was also. It looks like this is a breaking point if you try to turn the faucet handle too far. It was very easy to install. Because I already had it apart, it only took me about 3 minutes to install. The hardest part was trying to get the tiny screw into the hole of the new part and tighten it down. Very easy. Because the cost was so low, I purchased a 2nd one to keep if it happens again. Was more trouble trying to identify the needed part to order correctly, than the actual install it self.

Got this to replace an OEM stem driver that essentially "exploded" inside the shower handle. It looks to be a simple molded plastic piece, but the material seems thicker and stronger than the OEM. Its surface is also smooth and slippery so makes it easy to rotate inside the shower handle.
