This nut that holds on your toilet handle also works with an American Standard. Perfectfit and opposite of the normal righty tighty, as I believe most are but can only verify Kohler and American Standard toilets. Works as expected. Thanks to all who responded on my question about this.If it does not work for anyone else then I have no answer for you.

Saved myself a lot of money by just ordering this retainer nut instead of an entire flush arm assembly. The original plastic nut became too fragile to hold the assembly in place after about 10 years. Fixed the problem in 5 minutes and back to flushing well!
