I have been pleasantly surprised with this tank! I have not had to clean since I purchased it. I have added fresh water and changed the filter (which is super easy). So far this has been the best small size aquarium that I have ever had. It is a great value, easy to put together, quiet, and the colors of the light changing is so fun! This is a great addition to my work office!

What a great little tank. It is very quite and looks great. The pump is a little tricky to get situated at first but once in place is quite and seems sufficient for the size of the tank (Don't over crowd with fish). The led is bright and beautiful and the timer with the 2 and 4 hour option is very nice. I love that it has a light but tight fitting lid keeping it very secure and my cats out of the tank. I would highly recommend.

This is a great aquarium tank. The curvature makes items larger than they are which is great for viewing.The light is really too dim to grow plants but there are other lights that can be used. You won't be able to use the cover, though.The pump is great, when it is working. I like the waterfall effect. Eventually, if you clean it regularly, the cord to the pump will stop working as the flexing back and forth will wear it out.The filters designed for this are not really suitable. However, I've found that using two (2) filters works a lot better.I have had it for almost a year and it suits my shrimps and snails rather well.

My tank’s pump stopped working after 1 month of use, so I was prepared to leave an unsatisfactory review. But I just called the customer service number and they are sending me a new replacement pump, so I’m very happy about their solution to my problem. It’s a super cute tank and otherwise great!

I loved the easy assemble! It’s great visually to look at. Much bigger looking full of water ! The filter system was a bit smaller than I liked so I did upgrade to a stronger one. Over all this is a great addition to any room!

I couldn't find a 5 gallon hexagonal tank but this one fit my old tanks footprint so I'm giving it a chance. So far the fish seem to like it once I put a bubbler in. The filter doesn't generate much turbulence and the fish were hanging at the surface at first. The light is dim and only stays on for 4 hours at a time. I don't like that. The view into the tank is distorted unless you look directly in. There's a small hole for feeding and will not accommodate an automatic feeder. The lid collects condensation and spills down the back onto the wires when opened!

The build quality is solid, and the glass (plastic) is clear, offering a beautiful view of the water and inhabitants. The setup was easy, and I had it up and running in no time, which was a definite plus.Water Filter Issue:However, just one month after setting it up, the included water filter stopped working. I followed all the instructions for cleaning and maintenance, so it wasn’t due to neglect. It’s very frustrating when you invest in a product that’s supposed to provide a reliable, long-term solution, and the filter fails so quickly. I expected better performance from a brand that positions itself as offering quality.Customer Support:The biggest letdown, though, has been the lack of sales support. I reached out to the company for assistance, hoping to either fix or replace the faulty filter, but unfortunately, I received no response. After several attempts to contact them, it’s been clear that the customer service is non-existent, which is incredibly disappointing. A working filter is essential for maintaining a healthy aquarium, and without proper support, the overall experience has been less than ideal.Overall:While I’m still enjoying the tank itself, the experience has been tarnished by the premature failure of the filter and the lack of customer support. Bought this product for my daughter filter worked for day. Cannot contact seller directly. Want to return but Amazon are asking to return the fish tank as well which I cannot do as already have fish in it. Had to go out and buy new filter otherwise fish would have died,,, tried to contact Amazon direct but all you get is a robot!!!
