My past ATV gun boot mounts all seemed 'goobered' into place, wobbly (requiring bungee cords) and an effort to load/unload the gun boot. This mount attached rock-solidly to my Yamaha Kodiak and holds the Stronghold XL case rigidly. When the boot is in place there is plenty of leg room and no interference with steering. Loading/unloading the boot is quick and easy and can be done silently, or, with a pleasant klunk as the massive retainer claw engages the case. I used the area under the pivoting arm of the mount for a small EDC admin pouch. The Stronghold system is the best I have seen.

I'm in the interior of Alasaka and this is the perfect ATV mount for your rifle. It has held up with hundreds of harsh rocky miles in the Alaskan wilderness and has done amazing. Wouldn't put anything else on my quad for my hunts here.

It's a solid mount. I really like you can easily remove the case from the mount with no issues or problems. Very convenient. Would buy again.

If u have a Polaris find the one that comes with the plugs for it to fit. That was my bad. The product work grate.

Very well made. Plenty of mounting options. Mounting plate and cradle are very durable and strong. Make sure you have right u boots when mounting to tube.

Good quality and sturdy. I was a bit surprised by its bulk though. I have two regular kolpin book loop mounts and this mount on three different ATVs. This is by far the largest and uses the most rack space. It is very sturdy but so are the other systems. I have this mounted on a Honda 500 foreman with a kimpex cargo atv trunk, and it forces you to move the atv box a bit off centre to fit the mount and boot on the atv with that box system.Don't get me wrong, this is sturdy and tough, just surprising on the real estate it takes up on an ATV.
