- Before using the hole saw tool, be sure to grasp the rationality, selection, control, tachometer and continuously add coolant when cutting metal to prevent edge cracking
- It is OK for drilling as clockwise rotation, but not anti-clockwise.
- The spring on the pilot drill bit helps remove disc, but if you need to cut a thicker board, pls remove the spring

Sharp teeth with clean holes. It does help to have a drill motor with some power or you might struggle with any hole saw bit. Nice price.

Bought this to install recessed lights in drywall. Worked perfectly, and stayed very sharp after 20 light cuts. You definitely need to have a dust cup with this if you don't want to make a mess!

This is my first time using a hole saw. I'm not sure if this is normal with hole saws but this thing was a pain to get it working properly. First, if you spin the saw clockwise it will just unwind itself from the drill and fall off. The damn thing kept sliding out of the drill too, I had to tighten it many times. I eventually got it to start working properly. The trick is to use it counter clockwise (at full speed). That way the blade doesnt spin off the drill and also the blades are positioned to cut in that direction. This is confusing at first because to drill a hole it's usually clockwise in and counter clockwise out (right tighty, lefty loosey with screws) but with this it's the opposite. That's counter intuitive with the drill bit. I had a hard time cutting through some PVC which is already a soft material. I can't even imagine cutting through wood or metal. I managed to get the job done and I was able to install the 3in vents I wanted to install but man what a pain!

This tool worked like a charm and I also suggest buying the attachment catch bowl for debris coming from cut outs in ceiling.

Didn't want to invest $50 in a Milwaukee hole saw, so online I go. I only needed to go through wood and some plastic, but figured I'd get something that could be used in the future should the rare occasion reoccur.This one came with some extra bits as well, that was a welcome find. It worked without issues for me and as it's job is currently done, it can now take a place to the other hole saws I've purchased over time.
