USAGE INSTRUCTION OF KORCCI CANNING RACK
- A pressure cooker is required, and the water does not need to flood the top of the can.
- DO NOT open the vent valve immediately after finishing. Allow the pressure cooker to cool naturally until the float valve is lowered. Cans may be easily damaged due to the drastic change in pressure.

This canning rack has made it so much easier to pull hot jars out of boiling water when trying to seal the lids! It is very easy to clean and is very sturdy! Fits in the pot we use for canning and is very easy to store!

You get more than what you pay for with this set, as long as you have a lot big enough to fit. The tongs worked great, the only problem is that you couldn’t quite fit 6 jars on it, 5 left some space but not enough for it to sit perfectly. Worked for us though, we got 12 jars of pickles out of our first use. Would recommend.

I had to replace the original rack in my canner because it rusted through. I think this one will take care of the job now.

The 'original' rack was getting kind of ratty, so I looked at the available options and went with this one. Looks more sturdy that the original when it was new. Haven't used it yet but looks well made and I don't expect it will give me any problems.

My wife's ole canning rack had to succumb to rust & she was not please that it was coming off the rack and "getting all over everything", as she put it. I didn't realize the design was different than the old rack but that wasn't a negative. The new rack serves the purpose she requires & it being stainless steel is a huge plus. The size was perfect for the pot. Thank you Amy for checking up to see if we were satisfied with the product and the service as well.
