The H-7 heel allows the most amount of slide when compared to the other interchangeable heels available from KR. These heels are specific to KR and Hammer Performance shoes.

Added the perfect slide for a shoe that should have come with it by default. Second complaint is that it's pricey.

Really like the extra slide that this heel provides. I'm finding it helps reduce the stress on my left knee as I'm delivering my ball. Super easy to install and fits perfectly.

I bought the leather heel to replace the original rubber heel. I wanted more slide. It was perfect at first but the leather is so thin that after only 4-5 months it wore down to the rubber underneath. Now the heel has no more leather on it and doesn't slide much at all.
