This product does fit my 2006 BMW 330i and required no modification. The price for the product is very fair. However the old saying "you get what you pay for" does apply here. This shield is made of perhaps a thinner, less rigid materal than the original. Nevertheless it does serve its purpose, and overall it is a satisfactoy replacement. Worth the money? Yes.
