Product Description

Inversion boots, otherwise known as gravity boots, allow for complete, inverted suspension from a stabilized horizontal bar or inversion rack.
The boots strap around the ankles and attach to the bar, allowing you to hang safely, upside-down and otherwise unsupported.
This type of therapy benefits the body in various ways.

Vertebral Discs

The vertebral discs act as shock absorbers between the vertebrae, keeping them separated and the spine flexible. Composed mostly of water at birth, these discs lose moisture over time due to the natural aging process, the stress of gravity and normal daily activity. Nonweight bearing activity, such as inversion, allows the discs time to rehydrate by soaking up essential fluids and nutrients they need to remain plump and supple to maintain their cushioning effect.

Core Training

One of the greatest benefits of inversion is being able to exercise without interacting with the ground. While inverting, you can do upside down squats, crunches, or even push-ups.

If you are an experienced weight lifter, you will quickly notice how much harder it is to fight gravity in the opposite direction, which makes the workout that much more beneficial.

Inverted crunches are especially appealing because your back has little to no pressure applied to it as you curl up and back down. You will easily feel the powerful effects with just one set of ten repetitions.

Improves Joint Health

Inverting reverses the pressure of gravity, which can aid your joints and ligaments just as much as your muscles.

The joints in your spinal column can fully open up and decompress the most when you are upside down, as opposed to sitting, standing, or even lying down.

If you have suffered from any pain in your joints, especially in your back, consider using inversion to decompress and improve your overall health.

Easy to use

We include a assistant strap to help the beginners raise up their body . You can easy to do the trainning with yourself.

Wanna fall on your neck and spine? Didn't think so. These feel pretty secure on me. A bit tight, but I prefer that. Hook was large enough but not too large. Easy enough to "wrap" them over the bar, but still curved enough that I felt very confident. Not super easy to hook, but isn't that sort of expected? Plenty of THICK but fairly comfy rubber cushioning. Hanged upside down for SEVERAL minutes at a time, with zero issue. Comes with extra safety hooks for each anklet. GOOD PRICE.. Pretty decent!!

Well, I bought these because I am trying to stretch. I read different people's reviews and didn't find them satisfactory, so I just bought them myself. Here are my thoughts. Unless you have super skinny ankles or super big ankles I don't see a problem. Thick socks or wearing shoes will fix this. And the cushioning does accommodate for a bigger person. If you weigh a lot I can see the foam tearing where weight is supported. So I taped the foam where my weight is heaviest, with masking tape first then white duck tape. Also people mentioned the metal scratching the bar it hangs from so I put tape around the hooks. Duck tape goes a long way. These are basic boots, nothing super high level, they are the apparatus, the clamps, the foam is fragile, I suggest taping it up to get longevity. There is discomfort while hanging but that is because feet and ankles are supporting over 200lbs of weight hanging. There is pressure on the top of the foot but i am heavy. I feel pressure but but not pain. You are going to probably have to customize these to fit your size. With duck tape, padding, something, once again, you are buying the apparatus, not the comfort. It does it's job, and if you enhance it, then it does it's job well. I am satisfied with my purchase and I have been using them. I included pictures, with bottles for frames of reference they should help youdecide.

I pulled my back in December and it’s been an issue. I’ve been getting help from a PT but it just wasn’t getting me to where I was. I bought these after conducting my own research and the information on inversion tables and these types of boots was extremely promising. I purchased the boots knowing I had to be able to lift myself into position and be able to lower myself using my core.My god... I have never been happier with a purchase. I use this for spinal decompression and rehab. And it’s wonderful. I hang for two minute intervals and do some other exercises to relieve spinal and nerve pain. This isn’t a miracle cure, but it’s a major step for me in recovery. I couldn’t recommend them more. However I recommend you be able to do a moderate amount of pull-ups and have a decent core. After hanging it does take a little help to get up. (I use a climbing rope to assist getting up.

So I bought these for spinal decompression for use with my pull up bar. First off, they are really sturdy and well made. I am 6' 2'' and 210 lbs and these hold my weight easily. You have to be somewhat spry to use these, but I'm about to turn 40 and I'm pulling it off with ease. I like the little clip that holds the latch in place too...that was a nice touch to make these feel more secure. They are a little uncomfortable, but it is what I expected for hanging upside down. I will probably modify these slightly to see if I can make them more comfortable in the future, but this really seems to be helping my spine, so I'm fine with it for now. These fit me like a glove. The smallest point around my ankle is about 11-12 inches, and headed up towards the calf I go up to about 14-16 inches (below the calf where these reach the highest point).

Product was comfortable enough but the hooks didn’t make it past the first inversion. At 220 pounds this should of been safe.

Exactly what I expected. The boots are well padded and the locking mechanism is very secure. Very affordable. The product does what it says it does, but you have to be in shape to use it.It requires some athleticism to support your bodyweight and swing your legs into position. If you do not have good upper body and core strength you will probably require help to get up and down. Even the strap provided to help pull yourself up to dismount from the bar requires some strength. If you are not at an intermediate to advanced fitness level you would probably benefit more from an inversion table.

I was looking for an inversion table, but really didn't have the room. I don't have any health problems, but going inverted is very good for you in many ways, so I do it. I have a chin/dip station that I use to hang from. A little less uncomfortable every session, but its from your weight, not the boots. Been hanging 10 minutes twice a day. Great for power sit ups!

I weigh around 95kg and this product feels comfortable when I'm upside down. It's well made and i don't feel like there's any risk of coming undone when I'm using it.This has really helped tone and strengthen my abdominal area.

Always triple check the welds and clasps before using a product like this. Also make sure you have some rope or something tied to the bar, in order for you to pull yourself upright when you've had enough hanging upside down.I find wearing some thicker pants with friction allow for a tighter fit so that it doesn't slide towards my feet/ankle joint. Not the most comfortable thing but works okay, and I've been able to build up "resistance" in order to hang for slightly longer times after continual use.
