It’s very sturdy and very easy to put together, best to have a buddy though because it’s heavy and awkward while attaching all the pieces. Absolutely worth the price though! I highly recommend this.

I was very satisfied with how easy this was to put together. But, was very sad to realize it was too narrow at the upper parts to support use for my aerial hoop/ lyra. In fact, I would’ve smacked my head and feet over and over trying to use it. Not functional for an aerial apparatus period

Seems very sturdy, I haven’t had it long but I have absolutely zero worries about it holding my weight (I’m 245 lb). My sister and I put it together in less than an hour. Great purchase, I’m beyond excited for it.

This product has no instruction except a picture of the unit assembled and list of parts. absolutely no instructions on how to use., no videos on Amazon site, none of company site or any you tube videos on product. One got together then Me Right the real challenge to try to use it. Trying to get your body to incline with this is very dangerous. You have to literally swing your body back over yourself and if you don’t have the arm strength, you have to walk your legs up a wall, or put your feet on the bars to try to push yourself back. Once you can get your body in a partial incline, it is very hard to keep yourself from flying forward and no way keep yourself in a partial incline. You have to try to steady yourself to keep it from going into a full incline or popping back up. I emailed the company and multiple days in a row I only got a reply that they would look into it. My only question to them was a video or a booklet on how to use the machine and that was not something they were capable of providing and just giving me the same email every day the technical department was looking into it. Have no choice but to take this thing back apart and return it and definitely making sure the new inversion table I order has videos and instructions on how to use.

Works pretty well but definitely not for tall individuals. My husband is 6’4†and couldn’t use unless the shoulder braces were removed. Still, his head is pretty close to the floor!

value of money and works well. i relieved my pain in my lower back and it’s comfortable. it’s a good pain relief. it’s also very stable and portable. the bed of it helps the stability and it’s easy to get back up.

Les goupilles de verrouillage ne sont retenues qu'avec une bille derrière une rondelle !?L'appui tête n'est pas réglable (je n'ai pas été assez vigilant à l'achat, mais rien ne l'indiquait)Toutes les positions d'inclinaison sont en effet possibles, mais le réglage se fait avec une sangle dont la tenue se fait avec une boucle, la sangle elle-même n'étant pas bien solide. Bref, des positions bloques par une axe (comme c'est courant) serait de meilleure facture.

1: manual is just one small picture, no step by step and hard to see the parts. Have to search on the web for demos2: missing part, the foot bar has no screw hole to lock the position3: hard to balance, have to be strong arm to push up no matter the height i adjusted4: the nylon belt underneath can not hold the position, it will always slipped to the maximum length thus board always go to the maximum head down degree.

alles bestens, der Inversionstisch macht einen soliden Eindruck. Verbesserungswürdig wäre es, wenn der bewegbare Tisch und das Gestell im zusammengeklappten Zustand arretiert werden könnten. So ist der Transport immer etwas schwierig. Zum Aufbau: Es ist keine Anleitung vorhanden - lediglich eine unscharfe Explosionszeichnung ist im Paket enthalten. Der Aufbau gestaltet sich in meinen Augen allerdings als einfach und ist auf jeden Fall machbar. Schrauben vorher sortieren, sich einen Überblick über die enthaltenen Teile machen und mit dem Untergestell anfangen. Dann ist man in einer Stunde fertig.

L'assemblage est presque impossible, les instructions sont illisibles, le matériel est de mauvaise qualité, il y a plein de saleté qui tombe des morceaux, ça fait un vrai bordel dans la maison, la peinture se défait juste en manipulant les morceaux et les pièces graffignent le plancher. Absolument horrible comme produit.
