i ordered this carrier bearing on 4/14/2024 and installed it on 4/20/204. It was installed on a stock height 2010 toyota tacoma 4x4. It last less then 4 months. The bearing separated from the rubber. The company states there is a one year warranty on their amazon store front, but this is not true. after multiple calls leaving voicemail per their phone system and then two emails, i am told that the one year warranty only applies if said product is purchase directly from labwork auto!!!!! i was told to reach out to their amazon store and speak to them, but following those directions leads me back to their main website and nothing!!this company refuses to back their product warranty!
