Love the pool was pretty easy to set up, had some missing pieces but they are shipping them out and were easy to communicate with. The directions are on a cd rom, didn’t work in my DVD player. I’m a big fan of paper instructions and was a little disappointed they weren’t printed and supplied with such a big purchase. Everything else was great!

This has been a disaster all the way from the beginning. First, the pool arrived with NO parts list, no instructions, and a DVD that was blank. Once I got an instruction manual, we put the pool together only to find out the filter tank had a huge hole in the bottom near the drain. They did send a replacement tank a week or so later (with no pump running the whole time mind you). Once the replacement tank arrived, I shut the filter off to replace the faulty tank they sold me and now the pump won’t restart. Just hums and trips the breaker. Shaft spins freely so I assume the pump is toast. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE for a brand new system.
