Very poorly packagedA lot of crucial missing parts/ screwsThe directions are horrible. They are vague with little to no directions written just very bad drawings to go by. I had to google the whole thing on how to put together through several different websites. The liner is extremely thinWould not recommend!!

Pool was shipped quickly and delivered by freight on a pallet. Pool was relatively simple to put up after all prep work was completed with grading the area and tarping, etc. instructions were straight forward. We had about 6 people altogether working together to put this thing up in a day. Noticed after ordering that the net was missing, seller was quick to send a new one. Good quality item, pump was sufficient. Overall, good experience. My only issue is that the ladder is lacking. The ladder is definitely not a long term solution. Good for temp use tho until I can extend my deck.
