I purchased this unit (3/4 HP model) on May 6 2024 and it's easily the most impressive sump pump I've used, and I've used many. I drained a really large pool with this and firstly it finished in just hours. Secondly, but even more impressive than that- it sucks out just about every drop of water due to a great design that has all of the intake completely under the pump, unlike many others. How long will it last? We'll have to see...but after one use this is absolutely the most impressive sump pump I have ever seen!

Bought this sump pump to help remove the remaining water that couldn't be drained via the drain plug in our above ground pool. This thing worked WONDERFULLY! We had a lot of algae and thick debris in the bottom of the pool and this thing removed it like a champ. Very powerful and fast. Well made and seems like it will last us years. Very satisfied with this purchase! I was concerned that it might put a hole in the bottom of the pool so we put a thin cookie sheet underneath it and it did exactly what we needed it to.

Works much better than the pump I previously purchased from Amazon. So far so good…it’s still functioning. I hope I don’t ever have to buy another one.

The float switch would frequently fail to turn on or off. I installed a float switch on the power line before the pump, and set their switch to always be on. No issues since. Good pump bad float switch.

We are in the middle of an extreme drought. This sump pump hasn’t ran once although we did set it up in August (it’s now the end of October). Today, we went to test it it to make sure it worked this winter. It turns on but will not pump whatsoever. Very disappointed. We hoped to contact the company, however they list no contact info on Amazon, nor do they have a website. We found their patent info online, but nothing else. I really wish we could have resolved this with the company.

the paddle because is long and catches on the side of the sump wall; Had figured out the clip that holds the paddle cable will allow shortening the float side just by pulling it back through the clamp. The flexible pvc hose is the best for pulling this pump out to check it. I have a bunch of junk that makes its way to the sump and added a nylon bag to prevent thick lint and paint chips from making way to the plastic impeller. I would have liked if the impeller was cast iron or stainless steel. For $79 Dollars US i am happy with such a powerful pump that sucks out the water in a matter of a few minutes instead of a wimpy 1/6hp that would burn up before discharging one cycle. Have had it now for several weeks and had multiple rain without issues of flooding. Would recommend and will buy again and add a second sump trap for backup. Hardly ever hear pump running because it takes so little time to empty the sump; I do jave a long drain tile around the perimeter of the inside wall and a large heavy old 33 gallon trash can sump. I will buy again, and may get a spare to empty the pool. Best pump I’ve had found of many purchased in the past.

I had a 3/4 pump from a different brand and it would take at least 3 hrs to drain my pit in my garage. This pump did it in like 20-30 mins

I needed to run my pressure washer to wash my boat without any water access. (Marina shutoff water at the slips for the season). Supplied enough lake water to run the pressure washer and i was able to clean the bottom of my boat.
