Bought this product as a belt replacement for our Bissell pet vacuum that broke after about 5 years of use. Initially was a bit worried because of how tight the belt was (compared to the old frayed belt), but with a little tension, got the belt on and it works perfectly. I have high confidence that as long as your model matches, the replacement should work perfectly.

I bought this belt to replace the destroyed one on my Bissell Clearview Rewind Pet (model # 2258) and it works fantastic! It was easy to install and I have the second belt for backup. I'm very hard on my vacuums, so I anticipate having to change the belt again before long, haha, so having the spare belt is awesome. My vacuum is a little scary looking on the outside and the roller is even more frightening... last belt literally melted and stuck to the roller. But, since I kept the roller brush free from hair, or anything that would prevent it from spinning, I just kept pushing it along thinking it would keep on keeping on. Not exactly how that works! I never thought about all of the junk that gets wrapped around either end of the roller where it clips into position. Definitely not a lot of fun scraping melted belt off the roller, however, motor and suction are still strong, (yes, I am as surprised as you are by how that's even a possibility), so I decided to try replacing the belt instead of buying another new vacuum. I sat for over an hour and scraped the rubber off, all while feeling rather stupid for never having thought to clean the roller clips on the sides. I've duly noted that part for future reference, haha. I'm tired of paying high prices for things that cost pennies to make, so I found this more cost effective replacement belt, and I feel the belt is of equal quality as the brand ones I've purchased prior. I waited to review this belt until after it'd gotten some real wear and tear on it so that my review was an honest one. I'll definitely purchase these belts from now on.

Bought this to replace the belt on my vacuum that I've had for a few years. This belt broke in about 3 weeks. Ugh. It is extremely difficult to put on and likely causes undue pressure as a result on the metal part and burns through the belt. I double checked to make sure I got the right one, which I did. Good thing it come with two belts, but not hopeful on how long this one will last either. Find another option.UPDATE: I heard from the seller very quickly and they were sincere and desired to help fix any issues. I was impressed by their speedy replies and genuine concern. Hopefully, the second belt will work better, but nice to know the company will stand behind their product. Due to the customer service rendered, I upgraded my review from 1 to 4 stars.

So I live in a small town that the major retail store is Walmart and I bought my Bissell vacuum cleaner there 6 months ago. Well the belt broke and I went back to Walmart to get a new belt but they don't carry them so I ordered this belt and it is a perfect fit. Price was good and delivery was spot on. I have a dog and 2 cats so I cant be without my vacuum for more than a couple of days. this is a perfect solution to my broken belt. I can recommend.

I had bought these replacements awhile back and used both within a few months of buying, then just bought them again and within starting vac the first broke so then replaced again and started vac for it to break again. Rubber immediately melted & started smoking

I thought that the belt was too short, you just need to stretch it out. You have to pull kind of hard. But it works!
