the handle broke off the pitcher while I was washing it. Good thing I wasn’t walking with it full. great idea and concept I just need to find a better one.

Love this well made pitcher for making fruit infused water. Sturdy basket clips in well to the lid and holds heavier fruits such as pineapple and grapefruit. I would not put it in the dishwasher. Hand wash it so it doesn't take on a cloudy look.

Drink the water daily and refill it for 2 days and then clean and start over. However, unpacked it, checked it, cleaned it, filled it with citrus and was thrilled. A day later, I pulled down on the strainer as instructed in directions and the strainer developed a crack. I didn’t turn it, wiggle it, just did as instructions said.We have another just like it at our vacation home. However, it’s an older ideation and you slide in. Didn’t return just being careful.

Great concept. Poor execution. The handle on my pitcher wasn't attached at the top, barely attached at the bottom and immediately broke off when I took it out of the box.
