I bought this for my other crystals. Since crystals vibrate at a higher frequency, they can pick up bad vibes or ill intentions. They need to be cleansed regularly and recharged. Some can be left in the sun and others can go into water to be cleaned, but others will fade in the sun or dissolve in water. The good news is that they can all be cleansed by Selenite. This is a beautiful piece, but it's also functional. I can put my crystals in the lovely bowl and they are cleared and ready to be reprogrammed. It's a good way to display them, too. At first I was concerned about the long shipping time, but it wasn't as long as expected and it was definitely worth the wait .

I have several Crystal sets for specific purposes. This little bowl is perfect for 3-4 crystals. I cleanse and charge them overnight for use in my morning meditation. It’s pretty too.

It’s okay the first order broke easy because it was cold to touch and there was a dent but I got it replaced and got it right away so far it’s good
