Not very happy with this product it’s cute, but it doesn’t work. I put cocoa powder in it and nothing. It doesn’t even allow you to dispense to design in my coffee.

On one hand, this product has enabled me to make detailed cinnamon images on my wife’s morning coffees with greater ease and precision. That said, the cinnamon frequently jams in the dispenser despite straining it before loading it, and the tool is quite difficult to load (it’s always a messy process no matter how I funnel it). I end up wasting a lot of cinnamon, both when attempting to load it into the tool, and again when it jams and I have to shake it, thereby launching cinnamon from the end to clear the blockage.

I bought this for a family member who loves making barista style drinks. It has worked well and is a fun gift for someone who appreciates the little ways to elevate their hot drinks.

It doesn’t work. The cinnamon gets stuck and you have to shake hard to get it to move again.
