arrived with a broken piece. It is the cap that covers the mechanism. Unable to contact Amazon or Lawrence to get a replacement part. HORRIBLE customer service. Hired general contractor to instal. Holes drilled in door and item installed. The broken cap is the LAST piece to install, we did not see defect until everything else on. Very unhappy.

This has a better guide and template to install than lower-priced models. It's also secured by a screw at the hinge, where others simply rely on gravity to hold the hinge together. Though this is more expensive, it's definitely worth the extra money -- in saving hassle and time during installation.
