I bought this product once to build an actuator for a project. It worked as expected, so I proceed to buy several more since I knew I would be building more actuators in the future. Because the first order went well, I figured it should be fine, and made the mistake of not checking each one. A couple of weeks later, I was ready to start the next build, only to find that most of the ones I received on the second order had lead screws and the nuts that had mismatched angles, meaning that there was no chance that it could mesh together. I had no luck getting a refund or a replacement, leaving my stuck with a couple of lead screws that could not mesh with the nuts (mixing and matching them didn't work either since all the screw had the same angle, and all the nuts had the same mismatched angle. For a simple product, this is a critical error and I will find other vendors for this part since I don't want to risk buying more duds.

Didn't come with the screw. But everything else works fine.
